Ah, good old meditation. I LOVE meditation, but if I'm being completely honest...I used to hate it. I didn't get it. Meditating just seemed like sitting around doing nothing - it was a waste of time.

We will get on a complimentary consultation to discuss your current meditation habits and experience (it's okay if you don't have any) and to get clear on your goals and desires.
Next I will take this information and use it to create a guided meditation that is customized specifically for you. I will also be using my intuition to channel and add in any additional components that will enhance your meditation based on your energy and intuitive messages I receive.
You will receive the meditation in mp3 format so you can listen easily wherever you are on your phone, laptop, or tablet.
